How it works

Here’s a detailed overview of the steps. 

1. APPLICATION
You will submit an application where you can also securely upload documents to support your income and asset as stated on the application. This will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission, 7 days a week.
2. DISCLOSURES

Once an offer has been accepted, you will receive loan disclosures that will clearly show your purchase price, down payment, monthly payment and closing costs. These are due out within 72 hours of the receipt of the purchase contract.

3. APPRAISAL

An appraisal is a formal report prepared by a licensed professional. The appraiser will visit the subject property, take pictures and measurements and give you an assessment of the value along with the basic condition of the home.

4. PROCESSING

The loan processors will analyze your pay stubs, W2s, tax returns and then verify that the information provided on these forms are accurate. They also verify your income as reported with the IRS. The processor prepares the loan file for underwriting.

5. UNDERWRITING

Since we only hire the best, you can be sure that your loan file is treated with love. It’s not just paperwork, we read the whole story. The underwriter may ask for additional documentation in preparation for closing.

6. CLEAR TO CLOSE

Time for a happy dance. We are now ready to get you to the closing table by preparing your final loan documents. Thanks to our awesome teamwork, you will have a smooth and exciting closing experience.

7. CELEBRATE
